Lionvolt has contracted ABN Cleanroom Technology, CTS BeNeLux, and Cotes for its 3D Anode pilot production line at Brainport Industries Campus 1 in Eindhoven, set to open in 2025

Lionvolt, a Netherlands-based battery manufacturer, is building a 3D Anode pilot production facility to produce advanced anode materials for modern batteries.

This new facility will be located at Brainport Industries Campus 1, a popular technology and innovation hub in Eindhoven in the Netherlands.

Lionvolt has contracted Cotes, ABN Cleanroom Technology and CTS BeNeLux, for the construction of the cleanroom and dryroom environments needed for their high-precision production process.

Key components of a cleanroom and dry room, DHUs and air handling units were delivered and positioned in late November.

The team

Cotes, a Denmark-based specialist provider of dehumidification solutions and air handling systems, provided its 3-rotor solution to the project which Lionvolt is currently installing.

The  3-rotor solution by Cotes enables up to an 85% reduction in electricity consumption and enables a dew point below -120°C.

ABN Cleanroom Technology, a Belgium-based cleanroom expert, provided the delivery and installation of cleanroom systems that are essential for maintaining the precise, contamination-free environments required for high-tech manufacturing processes.

CTS BeNeLux, a Netherlands-based cleanroom technology expert, provided and positioned key components for cleanrooms and dryrooms in the project, ensuring optimal conditions for the production process.
