In September, our customer in Zebrak, Czech Republic, received the cleanroom shipment on the 6th. After site preparation, construction began on September 7th.
A total of 5 workers participated in the installation, none of whom had prior experience building cleanrooms. Following the provided installation instructions, they assembled the structure step by step: base frames, wall frames, walls and windows, ceiling grids, and FFUs (Fan Filter Units). With the help of installation labels, the entire construction was completed in just 7 days.
Once construction was finished, immediate testing was conducted, including illuminance and particle count tests in the as-built state. This ensured that the modular cleanroom was completed quickly without compromising on quality.
