The modular build for this customer in Shaanxi requires a cleanroom of 170 square meters for manufacturing of microelectronic devices.
This cleanroom is required to be ISO 6 for the production area and ISO 7 for the neighboring room, aiming to strictly control the micro dusts in the production area and maintain good product quality. To achieve this goal, we use aluminum alloy frames and sandwich panels as structures, all in white coating surface. The matching color make the cleanroom look extremely beautiful. At the entrance, there is one custom-made air shower that can remove particles from personnel before entering cleanroom. The air shower is specially made with 90° exit, perfectly adapting to the work process demands.
Our self-contained cleanrooms applies self-supporting structures, causing zero disturbance to the roof or walls of the building. We can build cleanroom as wide as 10 meters without any suspension.
