G-CON Group has been acquired by Bridgepoint from Summa Equity.
The previously independent cleanroom construction expert was acquired by Summa in July 2021.
Bridgepoint had been a minority shareholder in G-CON Group for several years. But as of September, Bridgepoint has now taken on the majority stake.
Through its interaction with the company and its board, Bridgepoint has remained close to G-CON Group, with a high degree of admiration for the business and its employees and strong conviction around its products and the end markets that the company serves.
G-CON Group and Bridgepoint both stated they are excited about working more closely together, as they drive the long-term success of the business.
