Exyte chooses new SVP of Operations for Northeast Asia

Helen Hongyu Li has been chosen to replace Frank Lorenzetto and will be based in Shanghai

Exyte has welcomed Helen Hongyu Li as Senior VP of Operations in Northeast Asia (NEA).

Reporting to Exyte’s CEO Dr Wolfgang Büchele, Helen Hongyu Li will replace Frank Lorenzetto who will concentrate on his role as Senior VP for Project Delivery for the GBU ATF.

Based in Shanghai, Helen Hongyu Li will begin her journey with Exyte on 1st August, 2023.

With a PhD in Civil Engineering, Helen Hongyu Li brings more than 30 years of experience to the role. She has expertise in operational leadership as both a senior executive and a CEO, alongside success in project management, growth markets, business strategy, and an astute knowledge of the NEA market.

As the Senior VP of Operations NEA, Helen Hongyu Li will be responsible for driving the smooth functioning of Exyte’s day-to-day operations and project delivery in NEA, while contributing to its long-term success through strategic planning, process efficiency, productivity, and effective resource management.

Over the past decade, Helen Hongyu Li has led an extensive variety of large-scale projects across diverse market sectors including smart cities, data centres, laboratories for drug research and development, and industrial projects. In her previous roles, she was responsible for formulating and executing business strategies and plans, including developing annual business plans, and setting ambitious and successful five-year business targets.
