IPS-Integrated Project Services (IPS), a global EPCMV services provider, and Meyer, a US-based architecture and design firm, have completed a build together.
The build was BeiGene’s $800 million biologics manufacturing and clinical development centre.
IPS led the design and delivery of the campus, including the biopharmaceutical manufacturing, utilities facilities, and critical technical systems. They also ensured the project met strict regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and adaptability.
Gene Martini, Executive VP of IPS, said, “IPS is honoured to have served as the lead designer and integrator in partnership with Meyer for BeiGene’s new US location. This project reflects our deep commitment to delivering innovative solutions that help our clients develop and manufacture products that improve human health.”

Meyer provided ground-up architecture and interior design services, in addition to overall campus design support, for BeiGene’s office and lab building, a cafeteria, and an on-site café.
Christopher Scarafile, Principal at Meyer, said, “BeiGene’s new office space and clinical research and development labs highlight the company’s dedication to innovation and growth.
“Meyer is proud to have worked in collaboration with IPS to bring BeiGene’s sophisticated, top-of-the-line facility to life to support the company’s mission of developing affordable and impactful oncology medicines on a global scale.”

The new facility combines office and lab functions as well as critical mechanical and utilities systems needed to support BeiGene’s clinical R&D capabilities.
BeiGene’s new facility, situated on a 42-acre property at the Princeton West Innovation Campus in Hopewell, NJ, US, is one of the largest recent investments in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in the country.
The state-of-the-art campus features 400,000 sqft of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical R&D space.
It incorporates the most advanced technology in the industry, supporting current production needs while allowing flexibility and adaptability as demand evolves.
