For this project, parts of the partition walls are made of black acrylic glass since this area is required to have high privacy. Apart from the wall panels, the cleanroom doors also comes in diverse types. For the transfer of large materials, automatic sliding doors are made based on the materials size, allowing for quicker loading of materials while minimising the door opening and thus the potential risks. For the entrance and exit of personnel, swing door with fingerprint and password lock is adopted, allowing only authorised access to the cleanroom.
Even with such highly customisable solution, the modular cleanroom still features fast installation, extensibility and scalability. With the help of our installation labels and manuals, the construction of this cleanroom es expected to be completed within 2-3 days.
