TRU Cleanroom Cleaning is a newly launched cleaning company in Belgium. The new company was founded this month by entrepreneurs from Limburg and located in Vilvoorde and Genk, says Schoonmaak Journal.
Seppe Thys, Luc Vandeweyer, Jo Nelissen and Vanessa Morini co-founded the company and CEO Morini said: "Cleaning cleanrooms is a real niche."
TRU focuses 100% on cleaning cleanrooms. The new company covers preparation of the cleaning and disinfection programme, and implementation and monitoring of it once up and running.
The company's Linkedin profile says: "Cleaning and disinfecting a cleanroom is often regarded as a standard task that can be performed by anyone with training, but nothing is less true. Cleaning a cleanroom is a complex task that requires thorough follow-up."
It continues: "The complexity starts with the preparation of the cleaning and disinfection programme, this is done on the basis of an analysis of, among other things, the cleanroom class, contaminants present, material and staff flow, etc."
"Working in a cleanroom is not for everyone. We are looking for reliable and careful employees, with an eye for detail, employees with a predominantly blue profile (according to DISC)," it states.
