GMP Groups and Anh Khang Cleanroom Electromechanical have been chosen as the two main contractors for Beatexpharm's new facility to manufacture health supplement in Vietnam
The two groups will operate as construction design lead and cleanroom design consultancy lead.
In June, 2022, GMP and Anh Khang met with Beatexpharm Hi-tech Pharmaceutical in Hanoi, Vietnam. The meeting unified the basic design plan, and implemented the technical design plan for the production workshop of the pharmaceutical factory in order to meet GMP standards for health supplements.
The new facility will be more than 8000 sqm and will be built in the Pho Noi A Industrial Park in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. It will contain six production lines: soft capsule line, wire rope pill line, yeast line, syrup line, oriental medicine line, and effervescent nuggets line.
As of now, GMP Groups has plenty to get on with in its plan:
- Step 1: Cleanroom floor treatment
- Step 2: Install the panel wall and ceiling panel
- Step 3: Install cleanroom glass panes
- Step 4. Construction of cleanroom doors
- Step 5. Completion and acceptance of cleanroom panel system
