Shinryo acquires cleanroom provider GMP Technical Solutions

Japan-based Shinryo Corporation has acquired the cleanroom build expert

Shinryo Corporation has acquired the cleanroom design and build expert GMP Technical Solutions.

GMP Technical Solutions is a provider of cleanrooms partitions, doors, cleanroom equipment and fire-rated doors.

Shinryo provides sustainable HVAC solutions globally. 

The HVAC expert has acquired 85% of India-based GMP Technical Solutions.

GMP Technical Solutions was previously owned by Vascon Engineers since 2010. Vascon is an India-based construction expert.

Vascon Engineers expects to get on the completion of the proposed transaction for a consideration of Rs. 157 crore for a gross Equity Value of Rs. 185 crore.

This is the second acquisition by Shinryo in India. In 2018, the company acquired Suvidha Engineers, a HVAC engineering company focusing on the pharma sector.
