CAI Engineering has recently released information about its work with Innopolymed on a non-woven fabric factory that will produce N95 masks, gowns and PPE.

In 2021, Innobic (Asia) Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTT Public Company (PTT) and IRPC Public Company signed a joint venture agreement to establish Innopolymed Company Limited to construct a non-woven fabric plant to manufacture melt-blown formed fabrics at IRPC Industrial Park in Rayong Province.

At its opening in late 2022, the 260-million-baht facility can now produce 5,600 tonnes of non-woven fabric a year.

Thailand-based CAI is an EPC and QVC service provider that works primarily with the cleanroom sector.

The engineering expert was entrusted with the design of the entire 3,000 sqm cleanroom, with a tight time frame of three months. Using its established official distributor deal with Wiskind, CAI used the company's External Sandwich Panel for the build.
