Seika Machinery, a US provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services based in Torrance, California, has introduced the McDry MCU-401 hepa filter for precision measuring instruments, electronic components, or other materials that require a cleanroom and low humidity environment.

The MCU-401 meets cleanroom Class 1000 specifications. Using a fan circulation system, dry air passes through the filter and is circulated throughout the cabinet and back down into the drying unit.

The relative humidity inside the cabinet is maintained below 10% and it can hold up to 50kg. It is also equipped with a digital meter, which displays the RH level at all times. The MCU-401 also features adjustable stainless shelves and is equipped with a high resistance ground terminal.
