Vaisala, a global leader in measurement instruments and intelligence for critical environments, will showcase data center measurement and service solutions at DCD>Connect Virginia, November 3–4 at Lansdowne Resort & Spa in Leesburg, Virginia. At stand 58, Vaisala will feature two additions to its data center offering, Vaisala Indigo Supervisor and Vaisala Care for Data Centers, alongside the Origo product family. Together, these offerings help operators support cooling performance, energy efficiency, operational reliability and uptime.
The Vaisala Indigo Supervisor is designed to simplify environmental monitoring as facilities expand. It enables up to 100 measurement points to be managed as a single system. The solution supports two independent daisy-chained probe networks with up to 50 probes per chain and integrates with building management systems through a single Modbus TCP connection.
A local touchscreen provides dashboards, measurement visibility, alert management and calibration information. Web-based commissioning tools help teams deploy the system efficiently. Touchscreen-enabled probe replacement and CSV configuration export support maintenance and more consistent implementation across multiple sites. Indigo Supervisor is expected to be available in early 2027.
Vaisala will also highlight Vaisala Care for Data Centers, a service portfolio that provides a structured approach to maintaining measurement performance throughout the lifecycle of a facility’s measurement systems. Designed for hyperscale, colocation and enterprise data centers, the portfolio includes Vaisala Care, Vaisala Care+ and Vaisala Commissioning Care.
Available options include calibration services, expert support, replacement probe pools, service documentation, and commissioning-phase calibration and handover documentation. Subject to Vaisala approval, agreed verification scopes may also include selected third-party measurement devices. These services help operators manage calibration, verification and documentation needs across growing measurement networks.
The Origo product family will also be on display. This modular platform of transmitters and compact probes supports HVAC measurement in data centers and other mission-critical facilities. Origo provides real-time measurement of temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide and dew point to support stable environmental conditions and efficient HVAC operation.
Interchangeable probes allow teams to configure the platform for specific measurement requirements. Two probes can be combined in one transmitter to support multi-parameter monitoring while reducing device count. With ±0.1 °C temperature accuracy and ±1% RH humidity accuracy, Origo helps operators reduce unnecessary cooling while supporting the stable environmental control that critical spaces require.
Visitors can meet with Vaisala at stand 58 during DCD>Connect Virginia to learn how its measurement instruments, monitoring architecture and lifecycle services help support the reliable and efficient operation of scalable, AI-ready data center infrastructure.
