Normal configuration
Although each cleanroom is customised, some commonly applied configurations remain in Airkey cleanroom construction.
(1) Smooth and pore-free materials
Same as all the cleanrooms, these cleanrooms adopt smooth and pore-free materials that can be flush mounted. 50X50 aluminum alloy frames match with 50mm thick sandwich panels and double-sided windows to realise flush mounting.
(2) H14 HEPA filters for ISO 7 class
The cleanrooms are equipped with H14 filters which have efficiency at 99.99%. The evenly placed HEPA filters can effectively capture dusts particles and reduce contaminants inside the cleanroom. The cleanrooma are designed to reach class 10,000 under operational status.
(3) Covings to avoid dust accumulation
To better avoid dust accumulation and contaminants, covings are installed to all the corners between walls, between wall and ceilings, between floor and walls. This is the traditional way of building the cleanroom, making it easy to clean.
Special configuration
The only thing unchanged is change itself. Nowadays, our clients are increasingly “creative” in building cleanrooms. Under the principle of customer first and nothing is impossible, we have been challenging us to make unique cleanrooms in response to customers demands. These clean rooms for example are very specially made to satisfy the customer.
(1) Smart switchable glass
Instead of choosing from either transparent or non-transparent windows, why not having them all? This is how the customer wants to glass windows to be. As a result, we recommend to use smart switchable glass windows. In this way, the windows can be switched to transparent when visuality is preferred and to non-transparent when privacy has priority.
(2) Wall-mounted LED lights
It is common to install LED lights to the ceilings. But this customer likes uniqueness and they like LED lights on the walls! One of our patented aluminum frames has groove and it can perfectly contain the strip lights to make them flush to each other. This enlightens the whole cleanroom.
(3) Raised floor with anti-static PVC surface
High precision products, such as touch screens, are vulnerable to dusts and static electricity. Therefore, electrostatic dissipation is always a major concern for the cleanroom construction. The raised floors have concentrated load of 1000 KG, making it strong enough to hold heavy machines. In addition, the anti-static PVC surface can efficiently eliminate the electrostatics and its softness can make the workers more comfortable while working inside the cleanroom.
