Interflow has completed an ISO Class 7 cleanroom for Dutch medical technology company Medspray.
The cleanroom will provide additional manufacturing capacity for precision spray devices for healthcare applications.
The 180 sqm cleanroom has been installed at Medspray's facility in Enschede, the Netherlands, and was delivered almost two weeks ahead of schedule.
Medspray develops and manufactures precision spray nozzles and nebulisers used in drug delivery and inhalation therapies.
Its production processes draw on technologies originally developed for the semiconductor sector, requiring tightly controlled cleanroom environments to ensure product quality and process reliability.
The new facility is designed to support the company's continued growth and increasing production requirements while maintaining ISO Class 7 environmental conditions.
Interflow said the project was delivered on budget following close collaboration between the two companies during the design and construction phases.
The cleanroom has been integrated within Medspray's existing premises, consolidating operations and providing a modern manufacturing environment for staff.
The project adds to Interflow's growing portfolio of cleanroom installations across the healthcare, life sciences and high-tech sectors.
Recent projects from Interflow have included an ISO Class 7 facility for medical device manufacturer AMT Medical, a cell therapy cleanroom for Erasmus University Medical Centre and a modular cleanroom for semiconductor supply chain specialist ERIKS.
