Flextraction to represent Italian vacuum equipment firm Delfin in UK

Flextraction, a supplier of local exhaust ventilation (LEV) products for dust and fume extraction, has been appointed as UK and Ireland distributor for Italian industrial vacuum equipment manufacturer, Delfin, based in Settimo Torinese. The company, based in Melton Mowbray, will be responsible for the marketing, sales and after-sales support for Delfin’s industrial vacuum equipment, including single and 3-phase standard wet and dry vacuum equipment, 3-phase heavy duty vacuum equipment (from 7.5 to 25kW) for continuous and simultaneous suction of dust, liquids and solid materials.

Delfin products are used in a number of industrial sectors including pharmaceuticals, food production, automobile body and maintenance shops and other industries where industrial cleaning is required.

Lee Darton, sales manager at Flextraction, said: ‘The representation complements the products that we already market in the UK and Ireland. Delfin has a wide range of products to suit every size of business in the UK requiring industrial vacuum equipment.’ Dimitri Di Salvo, Delfin’s export manager, said: ‘We really needed a partner having a strong market position with an experienced sales and after-sales network in the UK and Ireland to provide direct contact with customers and provide specific solutions for their applications.’
