Technickon has provided an update on projects it completed in 2021.

The UK-based company is often introduced to new clients because they have exhausted all other possible solutions to either resolve a persistent technical issue or to source a specialist product.

Pharmaceuticals

In 2021 Technickon successfully designed, built, commissioned and validated two large scale stability rooms for a client's product stability trials.

The client is a pharmaceutical company based in Ashford (Kent) and distributes their products globally.

The rooms are fully bespoke and all components are designed to provide the best possible solution for stable room control and robust failsafe operation.

The rooms are based upon our tried and tested walk in incubator rooms with many optional upgrades to fully comply with the clients User Requirement Specification.

Technickon has in house design capability for all disciplines.

Veterinary products

In 2021 Technickon designed, built, commissioned and fully validated a stability room for Pets Choice Ltd (Bob Martin) who manufacture and distribute veterinary products for UK and Global markets.

The room operates within +/- 0.2°C and +/- 0.5%RH control limits, the operational results were exceptional and the stable performance of the room seem following room mapping were very impressive.

The room was a bespoke design to ensure all of the user requirements were captured.

Supply issues this year due to import issues have meant we had to utilise equipment available within the UK which added additional complexity to the project.

With these delays we still achieved the completion date.
