Craft Capital has made a majority acquisition of Netherland-based Cleanroom Combination Group

Craft Capital has acquired a majority interest in Cleanroom Combination Group (CCG), a specialist in the design, realisation and maintenance of high-quality cleanrooms.

Netherland-based CCG has grown under the leadership of Gerrit Bakker and management into a leading party in the realisation and maintenance of high-quality cleanrooms. CCG, based in Bergeijk, will realise the next phase of its growth trajectory together with Craft Capital. The management team will also participate in CCG and Gerrit Bakker will remain involved as a strategic advisor and shareholder.

CCG has acquired a strong market position in recent years and has built up an extensive network. Focused on the high-end segment of the market, it serves a diversity of customers in a number of fast-growing markets: healthcare, pharma / biotech, high-tech industry and laboratories.

Due to its excellent reputation, positive underlying market trends and strong management, there are still many opportunities for CCG to grow further in the coming years. Craft Capital will mainly be involved at a strategic level and the day-to-day operational activities will be led by the management, consisting of Michiel van Kooten (CEO) and Walter van Giersbergen (CFO).
