Indian cleanroom engineering company Lucky Deep Cleanroom has completed a new turnkey HVAC and cleanroom project for nutraceutical manufacturer Nexreet Ceutics in Nashik, Maharashtra.
Nexreet Ceutics develops and manufactures science-backed nutraceutical products, including tablets, capsules, and powder formulations, designed to support health, wellness and preventive care.
The newly completed facility was constructed from the ground up as a two-storey manufacturing building designed specifically for the production of nutraceutical products.
Lucky Deep said it delivered the project as a full turnkey installation, encompassing the cleanroom and HVAC infrastructure required to support controlled manufacturing environments for the health supplements sector.
The company has not disclosed the value of the project or the cleanroom classification.
The latest project follows a series of expansion announcements by the company, including plans earlier this year to develop a 14.5-acre manufacturing campus featuring a 200,000 sqft modular cleanroom factory in its first phase, which it said will become India's third-largest modular cleanroom manufacturing facility once operational.
