The Integra200 robotic blister packaging line integrates two thermoforming and carton packaging operations in one unit.
For the liquids market, Marchesini will show one line for packaging pre-filled syringes, from assembly through to bundle packaging, and one for packaging vials in a sterile environment that includes the Steril 400 in-line filler and Depyr600 depyrogenation tunnel.
The Unica robotic syringe packaging line integrates the deep draw forming and carton packaging operations in one unit and this will be seen at work with the Romeo wireless controller, which simplifies and speeds up size changing and line control and management processes.
Marchesini will also show various stand-alone machines for filling syringes and for filling and closing ampoules, an electronic tablet counter, a strip packaging machine and a vertical cartoner with alternating motion.
