Through the Italian distributor CARLO ERBA Reagents, FASTER Air has completed the installation of a comprehensive laboratory ventilation and furniture solution.
The installation was done at one of Northern Italy’s leading companies involved in the production and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
FASTER AIR specialises in the sale of isolators, biological safety cabinets, personnel and material airlocks and other laboratory equipment.
The installation includes five SHARP fume hoods, one Premium fume hood, and one CUSTOM WALK-IN fume hood specifically designed to accommodate large laboratory instruments and specialised equipment.
To complete the laboratory environment, Forlab4you benches were installed, providing an integrated workspace solution designed to support operational requirements, ergonomics, and laboratory workflow.
The Forlab4you furniture series offers functionality, ergonomics, safety and environmental awareness with a design that can be adapted to spatial conditions and work processes.
The project also included the implementation of extraction and filtration systems, delivered by a specialist technical team.
The installation required detailed planning and precise execution to manage the complexity of the facility requirements and ensure the systems were fully integrated.
The completed laboratory environment provides the pharmaceutical manufacturer with a tailored infrastructure combining fume extraction technology, filtration systems, and laboratory furniture solutions for advanced research and production activities.
