Founded in 2015, the company has been growing in their home of India and abroad

For example, the team at Fabtech completed a bird flu vaccine facility project in Egypt in 2016.

In 2023 Fabtech embarked on another significant pharmaceutical project in South Asia, a ‘hormone’ project.

The company also made two partnerships at the end of 2024 to improve its offering.

In another strategic move, the India-based company collaborated with Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical manufacturer Madina Pharma.

Fabtech then went on to invest in Mark Maker Engineering to strengthen its position in advanced powder processing and containment solutions.

The IPO

As of 10 January, the company's shares were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange's SME (small and medium sized enterprise) platform.

This platform has less stringent regulations than the main board, but companies are generally considered higher risk for investors.

The IPO was considered a success, as Fabtech was subscribed to approximately 740.37 times, indicating exceptionally high investor demand.
