Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms, a specialist in turnkey cleanroom infrastructure and controlled‑environment systems, has launched a UAE subsidiary.
New UAE subsidiary
At a board meeting held in mid‑December, Fabtech’s board approved the incorporation of a wholly‑owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms‑FZE.
The new entity, to be capitalised with paid‑up capital not exceeding AED 100,000, will focus on manufacturing modular cleanroom partitions and related infrastructure components for supply to both group entities and external clients.
The UAE arm is positioned to leverage the UAE‑India trade framework and the Gulf region’s accelerating demand for cleanroom systems in pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
The UAE subsidiary will act as a regional hub to serve markets across the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia.
Big win for cleanroom contract
Shortly after the subsidiary announcement, Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms secured a landmark ₹330m (about $3.66m) contract from a major solar energy storage and module manufacturer to deliver a comprehensive suite of cleanroom solutions.
This order encompasses manufacture, supply and installation of modular cleanroom partitions, doors, HVAC systems, and allied accessories.
The contract is scheduled for execution with target completion by April 2026.
Other global partnerships
Fabtech Group, the parent engineering and turnkey solutions company, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with KP Group to deliver renewable energy‑powered cleanroom and manufacturing facilities worldwide.
KP Group will integrate solar, wind, hybrid, and battery storage solutions into Fabtech Group’s projects, supporting low‑carbon infrastructure for pharmaceutical, biotech, and data‑centre sectors.
Fabtech Group and Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms are related but separate entities.
Fabtech Group focuses on international turnkey life sciences and infrastructure projects, while Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms, now publicly listed, specialises in modular cleanroom systems, partitions, and HVAC solutions for India-based projects.
