Dagard eyes cleanroom sector growth in India

Controlled environment insulation expert Dagard has marked its interest in the Indian cleanroom market to support the pharma and healthcare sectors

Dagard, a France-based insulating solutions and controlled atmospheres company, is set to participate in the French Healthcare Days 2024, marking its interest in entering the Indian market.

The business-focused event is organised by Business France, the Trade Commission of France and will take place 17–19 September 2024.

The three-day event will focus on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and hospital infrastructure innovations

The event enables French companies to showcase their innovative healthcare solutions to Indian market leaders to strengthen collaborations between French and Indian healthcare sectors, fostering partnerships in India’s rapidly expanding healthcare market.

The three-day event will focus on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and hospital infrastructure innovations.

During this event, Baudoin Feugère des Forts, Head of Exports at Dagard will be in India to engage in B2B meetings with key players in the Indian market.

Tackling cleanroom challenges

Industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, hospitals, and laboratories in India face significant contamination risks.

The C2N brings together the Photonics and Nanostructures (LPN) laboratories and the Fundamental Electronics Institute (IEF).

The project involves 3,300 sqm of cleanrooms and 600 pieces of equipment. 

Dagard was chosen for the envelope, including 4,900 sqm of vertical panels, 3,300 sqm of ceilings, various doors, glazing, a cold room, and SAS control, with a budget of €2,445,200 excluding VAT.
