Vi-Jon launches antibacterial soap

Vi-Jon Laboratories, a St Louis, US-based personal care products manufacturer, has added Germ-X Ultimate antibacterial foaming hand soap to its Germ-X line of products.

Germ-X Ultimate foaming soaps do not require water to lather and, according to the company, eliminate 12 times as many germs as ordinary hand soap. They are also free of triclosan, a chemical often found in antibacterial soaps that is currently being reviewed by the US Food and Drug Administration to determine its effectiveness in eliminating and preventing bacteria and meeting environmental standards. A 7.5oz bottle of Germ-X Ultimate provides approximately 130 applications.
