Spectrum is responsible for the complete design, engineering and procurement assistance (lab furniture, fume hoods & ventilation) of the facility. Spectrum is an internationally recognised, fully integrated architectural and engineering firm that offers state of art solutions to a wide range of industries like pharmaceutical APIs & FDFs, biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, food, beverages & cosmetics.
This lab is equipped with various technologies and systems. Different lab modules include a synthesis lab, distillation lab, and high-pressure lab. The R&D centre is designed to the latest GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GEP (good Engineering Practices) guidelines.

Good lab ventilation and safety of personnel is the most crucial aspect of the lab design. A combination of evaporative cooling and direct expansion system results in excellent energy savings in this region. Ventilated enclosures for smaller equipment like rota vapours ensure that personnel are protected against harmful fumes.
