SPT Vilecon, a Denmark-based cleanroom production specialist in silicone moulding and assembly, has begun construction on a new ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
The new cleanroom is being built at the company’s Baldersbuen site in Denmark, and the new ISO Class 8 cleanroom is dedicated to the production of silicone products.
The expansion is a significant milestone in SPT Vilecon’s ongoing mission to develop high-quality, precision-engineered solutions for the medical device and medtech industries.
With increasing demand for medical-grade silicone components, this investment will enable the company to enhance its production capabilities, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards while maintaining operational excellence.
SPT Vilecon is certified in the ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management Systems for Medical Devices.
In addition to increasing production capacity, the new cleanroom will open up new growth opportunities for the company.
It will allow SPT Vilecon to better serve its existing partners while also accommodating future collaborations within the MedTech industry.
