Rosti, a global plastics injection moulding company and contract manufacturer, is due to open a new purpose-built plastic injection moulding production facility at the beginning of 2024.
The 6,500 sqm plant will provide Rosti's branch in Silivri, Turkey with additional capacity in line with Rosti Group’s growth strategy, enabling the company to offer new injection moulding capabilities as well as extend its cleanroom capabilities in Europe, alongside Poland.
The cleanroom area has ISO Class 8 cleanroom classification certification for food contact packaging and medical device manufacturing, currently with two injection moulding machines and three FFS packaging machines and expansion availability.
As a responsible and sustainable injection moulding partner, Rosti's branch in Turkey has invested in a solar energy system. Silivri has also been awarded a Green Energy certification from the global gas emissions reporting organisation, International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-REC), as well as zero waste certification.
