PTI Engineered Plastics, a US-based injection moulder, and manufacturer of plastic components and assemblies has created a total of 8,000 sqft of cleanroom moulding space in its ISO Class 8 certified cleanroom.
This project under ISO 13485 certification has nearly tripled PTI’s current capacity.

The expansion houses 24 new injection moulding presses dedicated to cleanroom operations. This represents a substantial 3-fold increase in flexible production capacity, enabling PTI to meet the growing demand of its customers.
The existing Conair drying system has been expanded to ensure all cleanroom presses have access to the latest industry 4.0 material handling and drying technology.
PTI expanded its cleanroom to better serve the medical device industry.
