Pharmaceutical demand up for TSE-free products

A supplier of fluid handling solutions is enjoying an upsurge in the number of pharmaceutical and food industry companies requesting TSE-free products.


According to FlexRite Chemgiene, companies in these industries need equipment such has hose assemblies, to be free from harmful biohazards that could contaminate their products.

‘It is becoming more common for us to have to confirm that our products are free from animal products,’ said John Quilter from FlexRite Chemgiene. ‘I believe this is because, s the processing industries continue to develop, it is important to produce intrinsically safe goods and allay public concerns.’
