Nothing but the best
3C, the UK's only dedicated cleanroom show, returns to Birmingham this month
The 2002 3C show was the "best ever", according to exhibitor Jan Pyrgies, director of Cleanroom Solutions Ltd.
"The quantity and quality of enquiries surpassed previous years so much so that I had to send for more brochures from head office," he added. And the company is now looking forward to another successful exhibition in 2003. 3C 2003 takes place at the NEC on 12–13 February and is co-located with six other shows that are also organised by Trident Exhibitions. According to the organisers, attendees will mainly come from Europe and the UK, ranging from industries such as aerospace to textiles.
Wide selection of exhibits A wide variety of products and services will be on show, including alarms, apparel, cleanroom design and construction, flooring and walls, monitors, vacuum systems and workstations. Before Christmas, Trident Exhibitions revealed pre-registration figures for its co-located shows were a "staggering 34% up on last year". The company says the seven shows are linked because of an "overwhelming feeling that the synergy and cross-over technology of these exhibitions provides an opportunity not to be missed for both exhibitors and visitors. "Research shows that busy industrialists are far more likely to allocate time to visiting exhibitions if they can see the widest possible range of products. This research and subsequent continued co-location seems to have been justified by the large increase in pre-registration by visitors keen to maximise the use of their valuable time." The co-located shows cover a range of manufacturing and technology sectors: • Mtec – the only UK show dedicated to sensors, measurement & instrumentation • Machine Building – machine building, automation and design • IPOT & Machine Vision – image processing and optical technology and machine vision • Electronic Information Displays (EID) – displays technology • Practical Vacuum – vacuum industry
