Crystel Titanium is sporicidal in 60 seconds and suitable for use in all grades of cleanroom, including Grade A

Based on Tristel’s patented chlorine dioxide technology, Crystel Titanium is a rapid action sterile sporicidal disinfectant suitable for use in all grades of cleanroom, including Grade A. Titanium is sporicidal in 60 seconds.

It is ideal for surface disinfection within controlled environments and can be used on workbenches, shelves, equipment, printers, heat sealers and surfaces outside of the LAF cabinet for a daily deep clean and as part of a rotational regime.

Titanium can be used in all grades of cleanroom, including Grade A.

The Base and Activator solutions are blended with WFI and are 0.2µm filtered. Titanium is filled and double bagged in a Grade A cleanroom. The product meets the requirements of GMP.

The highest level of antimicrobial activity

Titanium’s sporicidal efficacy enables the implementation of a cost-effective and easy protocol for the prevention of and a quick response to ‘positive count’ situations. Titanium will prevent and control most risks of microbial contamination, including bacterial spores.

Titanium is non-corrosive under standard use conditions. It can be used on all types of hard non-porous surfaces in the cleanroom and controlled environment and is compatible with a wide range of metals, plastics and other materials commonly found in cleanrooms.

Titanium is intended for use as a daily deep clean and as part of a rotational regime. It is part of a complete Crystel solution. If a chlorine dioxide solution is required for larger surface areas, then Crystel Cry Spore can be used. It is available as a concentrate or as a 5L ready-to-use solution. Other rotational products include Crystel Diamond and Crystel Platinum.

A 20-year history of innovation

Titanium is based on Tristel’s patented chlorine dioxide technology, a highly effective biocide. For more than 20 years, Tristel has been applying this unique technology in areas requiring high-level disinfection and sporicidal efficacy. These applications include the decontamination of invasive semi-critical medical devices such as endoscopes and the high-level disinfection of surfaces within critical areas such as operating theatres, isolation units and intensive care wards. Tristel has been supplying to the NHS in the UK since 1993.
