Global light and sustainable construction expert Saint-Gobain has confirmed its investment in C-Cube, a Singapore and Vietnam-based startup specialising in the development of innovative construction solutions, to strengthen prefabricated construction solutions for the science industry.
Founded in 2019, Hanoi-based C-CUBE designs and builds laboratories that meet biosafety requirements for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, aiming to improve cost efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability of built solutions for life science operations. The company is also designing and manufacturing modular cGMP facilities for life science applications.
Both companies receive many benefits from the extensive and multi-dimensional cooperation in the field of building assembly models across all continents, such as smart cleanroom construction and assembly models industrial applications, in Southeast Asia and Europe
Making €44.2bn ($42.9bn) in 2021, Saint-Gobain's vision to be the world's leading provider of lightweight and sustainable building materials solutions is in line with C-CUBE's direction of developing innovative construction modelling solutions. This partnership will allow both sides to cement their leadership roles in the rapidly growing high-tech market, while simultaneously addressing many of the world's challenges.

Saint-Gobain NOVA, the external joint venture arm of the Saint-Gobain Group, established this partnership with C-CUBE.
