IEST publishes IEST-RP-CC012.3
The Recommended Practice provides information on cleanroom planning procedures, design requirements, and construction protocol
Experts within the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST), based in Illinois, in the US, have completed work on Recommended Practice (RP) IEST-RP-CC012.3: Considerations In Cleanroom Design.
The newly revised RP has been published and is available for purchase, with the goal of providing the most up-to date-information to the contamination control industry.
IEST-RP-CC012.3 provides information on cleanroom planning procedures, design requirements, and construction protocol. It also covers review and testing concepts and cleanroom modelling approaches, and is intended to provide users with a means to establish performance criteria for cleanrooms.
IEST, through its Working Group CC012 chair, Wei Sun, will offer a corresponding training course, Cleanrooms, HVAC System Design, and Engineering Fundamentals, on 25 March at the IEST Training Centre in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
