FPS has announced the selected dates for two workshops, on containment and micronisation, that will be held place in October and November in Fiorenzuola d’Arda.
The first one will take place on 19 October, following the conclusion of the Annual Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Summit (17-18 October). The entire day will be dedicated to the containment world, with a particular focus on the integration of process equipment in high containment systems.

FPS and Alphatest, both specialists in micronisation process and powders’ characterisation, have proposed a workshop on 7 November focused on micronisation in the pharmaceutical field and its problems.
Merely measuring the granulometry offline is often not enough to understand and predict the future behaviours of the powder. A deep knowledge and an effective control of the process’ problems are only gained through the application of specific techniques aimed at powders’ characterisation.
The workshop will consist of theory, followed by a practical demonstration in the testing facility, where you will be able to see some technical tests.
