The 250,000 sqft cell manufacturing line facility in India has been planned to be one of the largest vertically integrated solar manufacturing facilities and will require a lot of contamination control
Avant Garde Clean Room & Engg Solutions (ACES) has won a project to execute HVAC systems, electrical systems and instrumentation & control for a high-end solar cell manufacturing unit based in Gujarat.
This project is for a 2GW cell manufacturing line facility spread over 250,000 sqft.
ACES is making ISO Class 6, Class 7, and Class 8 cleanrooms for this conglomerate. Along with maintaining dust-free air, these cleanrooms will also help monitor and control ionic contamination, humidity, and temperature to protect the wafers during processing steps and ensure minimum wastage during the production process.
This is one of the largest vertically integrated solar manufacturing facilities and is slated to be one of the top three companies in India in this segment.
Over the last 11 years, ACES has built its reputation designing and building clean indoor climates for critical manufacturing industries like Pharmaceutical, Food, Automotive, Electronics, and others. This project is another major project that will add to the company's expertise.
"We are grateful for this opportunity and look forward to contributing to our valued client and their "Green Mission" helping nature at its core," ACES stated.
