New wastewater treatment technology

Nature Environment Solutions (NESL) has delivered a modular 100,000 litre Continuous Biological Treatment Unit, engineered in stainless steel by Axium Process, to a large Danish manufacturer.

Designed to treat 4,500 litres/hour of effluent, the system consists of three custom-built tanks, a specialist aeration system, semi-automatic controls and comprehensive instrumentation with a facility to link to an existing site SCADA system. Its feed system also incorporates a duplex Pure-Screen filter system. The NESL process allows continuous in-stream treatment of effluent waste before discharge to the environment and does not generate side products, thus reducing all pollutants to below Danish Environmental Agency discharge parameters.
