New-style Foodtech exhibition

The Wembley Exhibition & Conference Centre will play host to the new style Foodtech Exhibition & Conference from November 3-4, when the annual event takes place in London for the first time. Foodtech combines a targeted exhibition with an important and topical conference programme, making it the key meeting place for food technologists, quality assurance personnel, production management, retailers and food hygiene specialists. Exhibiting companies involved with cleaning, clothing, HACCP, legislation, quality control, accreditation, hygiene, temperature control, analysis, food equipment and training will be on hand to ensure that visitors have everything they need to improve the food hygiene, production and safety standards of their business and to meet pending legislation. Exhibitors include McElwaine Technical Services, 3M, Advanced Food Safety, Arco, Bibby Sterilin, Digitron Instrumentation, Concryl, Food & Drink Federation, LabCell, International Food Hygiene, Food Manufacture, Johnsons Apparelmaster, Neogen Europe, Novatron, Presearch, Quadrachem Laboratories and SCA Packaging. A two-day conference has been organised and staged by The Society of Food Hygiene Technology (SOFHT). This year the focus is on Legislation and Allergens, with keynote speakers giving a perspective from a medical, retail and manufacturers' viewpoint.
