KSA launches sample cooler

Global provider of testing and sterilisation products to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries Keith Shuttleworth & Associates (KSA) has launched the SQ2 Sanitary Sample Cooler.

The SQ2 enables users to ensure that samples have not been contaminated in the collection process, and the unit is suitable for use in pharmaceutical plants and cleanrooms, says KSA.

The cooler is designed specifically to safely condense and cool clean steam (or cool hot WFI) to allow safe sampling for personnel. A comprehensive certification package is provided for all sample contact surfaces, which are made of electro polished 316L stainless steel with a Ra 0.25 ?m surface finish.

The SQ2 can be steam sterilised or de-pyrogenated using a hot air process, and is available in wall-mounted and portable versions.
