HVAC expert Halton has restructured its business to strengthen its application-specific competitiveness in commercial buildings.
The current SBA Halton business area will be restructured into two new business areas: Halton Buildings and Halton Health and Cleanroom.
Meanwhile, the structures of Halton Foodservice and Halton Marine, Energy, and Infrastructure will remain unchanged.
Halton Health and Cleanroom business area was officially launched on January 1st 2025.
“The target is to operate even more closely with our customers. The two new units will help sharpen our focus on specific application areas, accelerate implementations, and act more agilely in new markets,” said Kai Konola, CEO of Halton Group.
Anu Saxén, formerly the Director of SBA Halton, has been appointed Executive VP of Halton Health and Cleanroom Business Area.
Saxén will remain a member of the Halton Group Senior Executive Team.
“Over the years, we have developed innovative, sustainable solutions for healthcare and cleanroom environments,” Saxén said.
“The new structure enables us to focus even more on creating high-value solutions for our customers, expanding geographically, and introducing our system and turnkey solutions to new markets.”

Saxén explained in a LinkedIn post that the new business area will highlight a commitment to value-adding solutions.

“By offering solutions with a performance guarantee, Halton Health and Cleanroom ensures reliability and peace of mind for the clients," she said.
Saxén also emphasised the plan for a focus on the sustainability of solutions while ensuring no compromise on cleanliness. She mentioned working with industrial partners to co-develop solutions.
Halton has also recently been part of the new working partnership of Finnish companies from the Alliance for Sustainable Cleanrooms.
