HEPAs to meet your needs

From its UK manufacturing base, EMCEL has developed versatile techniques to enhance the production of an extensive HEPA Filter range. Available in both panel and cylindrical formats, the HEPAs can be manufactured as replacements to match any existing filters or produced to meet new design criteria. HEPA panel filter caseworks can be fabricated from a wide choice of materials including painted mild steel, aluminium, galvanised or stainless steel, PVC or MDF. Cylindrical HEPA Filters can be manufactured with close pleated packs moulded into polyurethane end caps or encapsulated within preformed, aluminium, mild painted steel or stainless steel spinnings. In addition, meshes in a range of materials and styles are provided on both faces of the filter. The patented EMCEL Leaf Seal System is also available with cylindrical HEPA Filters. This flexible leaf seal can be moulded into the end caps to provide good sealing properties and overcome problems from structural decay in flat face seals.
