Donaldson appoints new sales recruits

Performance fabrics firm Donaldson Membranes has signed up some new recruits to sell its latest portfolio of high quality Tetratex fabrics.

Tackling markets including Military, Workwear, Firefighting and the Police are Davide Pavesio, Dave Cornthwaite and Debra Beckwith, whose goal is to develop new and existing opportunities across Europe.

Pavesio is Donaldson Membranes' new sales manager in fabrics, and Cornthwaite and Beckwith have been appointed as directors of Outdoor Connect, a specially enlisted sales consultancy. Cornthwaite will focus on Spain, Portugal, Scandi-navia and Eastern Europe, with Beckwith taking care of the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Holland.

Mark Rigby, a director at Donaldson, said: "We plan to achieve a major share of the market for high performance, waterproof and breathable fabrics in Europe."

Providing protection from fire, chemicals and bacteria, whilst remaining waterproof and breathable to cope with extreme weather conditions, Tetratex ePTFE laminates are designed to meet the toughest specifications, the company says.
