Cleanroom Hosting
Dedicated GMP cleanroom space with the operational systems, personnel, and support that make it productive. Cleanroom hosting gives biopharma companies immediate access to validated ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom environments across all Chrysalis facilities, alongside the quality systems, environmental monitoring, and operational personnel required to produce GMP compliant product. Sponsors retain full control of their process and intellectual property while accessing infrastructure that would otherwise take years and significant capital to build.
Capabilities include:

- Validated environmental controls and monitoring
- Support spaces including material airlocks, gowning, and staging

Environmental Monitoring & Testing Services

Chrysalis provides temperature controlled storage across multiple ranges, along with the material management systems required to support GMP operations.

Chrysalis operates three facilities that give customers access to established, operational GMP infrastructure across the northeastern United States and the Research Triangle. Each site is designed for biopharma manufacturing readiness and supports the full range of Chrysalis Platform programs and services.
Chrysalis Raleigh
Chrysalis Raleigh offers 75,000 square feet of GMP-ready space in the center of North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park, the largest research park in the United States.
The facility is designed for flexibility and scale, with 24 modular ISO 7/8 cleanrooms across 35,000 square feet of temperature-controlled and humidity-monitored space.
Each 750-sq-ft suite can be combined to accommodate larger processes or evolving project needs.
Clients also have access to dedicated office and meeting spaces with secure card access, mapped GMP warehousing with ambient and controlled storage, and a staffed shipping and receiving area with two loading docks. Lounge areas, a café-style breakroom, and a fitness center support daily operations and team well-being.
Conveniently located just off I-40 and I-540, the site is only 10 minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). It sits within a thriving biotech ecosystem, close to leading hospitals, top-tier universities, and global life science companies.

Chrysalis Burlington
Chrysalis Burlington offers a powerful platform for advanced manufacturing scale-up and project flexibility, just 15 miles from Boston.
With 50,000 square feet of GMP-ready space, 20 dedicated ISO 7/8 cleanrooms, and built-in infrastructure, the facility is designed to keep pace with your growth and adapt to your operational needs.
Your team and project benefit from temperature-controlled and humidity-monitored environments, card-access offices, mapped GMP warehousing and a staffed shipping and receiving area with three loading docks and segregated waste handling.
Amenity spaces, including lounges, a café-style breakroom and outdoor areas, support focused daily operations. The facility also includes a whole-building emergency generator to support uninterrupted operations and safeguard critical activities.
Located just off Route 95 in the growing Burlington life science corridor, the site offers strategic access to research institutions, hospital networks and dining and retail conveniences.

Chrysalis Waltham is where your next breakthrough happens. Just minutes from Boston, our GMP facility gives you everything you need to act on your ambitions, including GMP cleanroom space, expert support, and full control over how you operate.
The site includes four distinct and customisable ISO 7/8 isolated GMP facilities that allow for partial or full segregation from other clients in the facility, along with card-access client offices and mapped GMP storage. Teams also benefit from breakroom amenities and easy access to public transit and local services.
