Caverion Germany, a specialist in smart and sustainable built environment, has acquired Schulz Lufttechnik.
Schulz Lufttechnik is a specialist provider of ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filtration, and cleanroom technology solutions.
The transaction was completed in early April 2025.
Founded as a family-run enterprise, Schulz Lufttechnik is based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and currently employs over 30 staff.
The acquired company has cultivated particular expertise in cleanroom solutions
Schulz Lufttechnik generates annual revenues of over €5.5 million (SEK 61 million) and has established a strong reputation, particularly within the cleanroom technology sector.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Schulz Lufttechnik will continue to operate as an independent entity within the Caverion Germany group.
Dr Arndt Schulz, former co-owner of the business, will remain in post as Managing Director.
