Bridgen Flooring is a specialist in the application of 2mm thick flexible and durable PVC floors, walls and ceilings finishes for pharmaceutical, biotechnological, medical and research industries.


The company offers a competitive worldwide service, installing thousands of square metres of floors, walls and ceilings in cleanrooms and containment facilities every year.

A PVC finish in a cleanroom or containment facility is a continuous, smooth impervious surface, which offers no sanctuary to dirt and bacteria and is far superior to paint and panel systems that are available.

The methods of installation used by Bridgen Flooring ensure that all corners are round and smooth and that joints are never directly in the corner. This enables easy cleaning and can help prevent contamination in cleanrooms and can help reduce the spread of “superbugs” such as MRSA and PVL in medical facilities.

The versatility of the PVC means it can be used on a variety of surfaces old and new, making it relatively easy to up grade an existing facility to a PVC one. The thermo welding of all joints to create the seamless surface is very important in clean environments and Bridgen Flooring ensures joints on all installations are perfectly welded flat and smooth.

The company has also completed thousands of installations in negative pressure containment laboratories. Methods of installation have been perfected ensuring that vinyl failure does not occur because of poor installation techniques.
