Gammex Becomes AccuTech Gammex

Ansell Healthcare has transferred its renowned Gammex 93-500 and 93-400 gloves to its AccuTech range. These gloves will now be distributed as AccuTech Gammex 91-225 and 91-325 respectively. As part of the AccuTech range these gloves will now benefit from the advantages of Accutech Gammex packaging and labelling, and thus will be more compatible with clean environments. AccuTech Gammex 91-225 and 91-325 powder-free latex gloves are expressly designed for applications requiring both dexterity and grip and the gloves are chlorinated for easy donning. These qualities, together with a straight, slightly thicker cuff designed to fit over a garment, make them ideal for use in laboratories and the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the fields of biotechnology and medical device manufacturing. The 91-225 model is a sterile product.

New packaging and labelling as part of the AccuTech range provides additional advantages for use in clean environments

  • pair packaging and intermediate packaging are in polyethylene;
  • all packaging stages are carried out in controlled environments;
  • all labelling is printed in isopropyl alcohol-resistant ink.

The gloves are produced from high quality natural rubber latex in ISO 9002 registered manufacturing facilities. They are tested in accordance with EN & ASTM standards and are lot numbered and documented, ensuring the utmost consistency.
