The project began with a detailed site selection process, evaluating the location for compatibility with pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.

From there, the project team worked through all phases of development, including the creation of the User Requirements Specification (URS), professional engineering 3D design, and securing necessary city permits.

The construction involved the manufacturing of a modular structure, which was then built to strict specifications to ensure compliance with both local codes and cleanroom classifications.

The cleanroom project was completed with a $2 million CAD investment and strict compliance with industry standards

The cleanroom is now fully operational and ready for solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging, fully aligned with industry standards.

This project represents a significant milestone in the development of high-quality pharmaceutical production facilities and underscores the importance of collaboration, meticulous planning, and advanced engineering in meeting the industry's exacting standards.

The completed facility will contribute to advancing the local pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape, ensuring the production of high-quality medicines in a controlled and certified environment.
