19th ICCCS meeting to be cohosted at Pharmatex in Ireland

Cork, Ireland, is the venue for a major cleanroom and healthcare gathering this autumn, when it hosts the 19th International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies Symposium, alongside the country's annual conference and exhibition for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, Pharmatex.


The event kicks off on 16 September for three days at the Radisson Hotel, and involves comprehensive conference programmes, workshops and a gala dinner.

The ICCCS event will have presentations from ISO/TC209 Committee Members on the state of revision of the standards and changes coming through ISO 14644-1-2 and the impact on cleanroom certification. Five technical sessions in the ICCCS programme will cover: standards revisions; hot topics in cleanrooms; specialist areas within pharma/biopharma; nanotechnology; and hospitals.

The Pharmatex conference investigates the challenges and opportunities facing the pharma/biopharma sector.

Over 30 companies will have table-top exhibits promoting their products and services to this sector.
