Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions and the company behind the brand Vileda Professional, have acquired Vermop.
The contract for the acquisition was signed back on May 17, 2023, with the acquisition becoming complete on 10 July. The antitrust authorities have approved the transaction.
Strong national player
Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, headquartered in Weinheim, Germany, is one of the eleven divisions of the globally active Freudenberg Group. “We are delighted that this acquisition will enable us to successfully continue our national and international growth strategy and tap into new potential,” said Karin Overbeck, CEO of Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions.
