As a newly established holding company, Greylane is targeting acquisitions of niche engineering component manufacturers, like the FFU control unit and cleanroom monitoring software company

Greylane, a newly launched US-based holding company, has acquired Texas-based AirCare Automation, a cleanroom controls and monitoring provider.

Greylane was established as a long-term holding company focused on acquiring niche manufacturers of engineered components with recurring revenue and pricing power.

Backed by committed capital, the company aims to partner with management teams to scale and develop specialised component businesses across various technical sectors.

AirCare Automation, which becomes Greylane’s first acquisition, designs and assembles fan filter unit controls and consoles, cleanroom monitoring software, and environmental controls for mission-critical cleanroom applications.
